Biography

Rajalakshmi started her career with a known corporate law firm in Delhi in 2006. Her inclination towards intellectual property led her to commence working with a premium boutique IP law firm. She has since worked with boutique IP law firms as well as a full service law firm before founding RHASA LAW.

She has over 17 years of experience in assisting and advising clients in creating, protecting and enforcing Intellectual Property in India and foreign jurisdictions. She regularly appears before the Trademarks Registry, GI Registry and various Courts in India.

Rajalakshmi has been recognized as an “Outstanding Practitioner of the Year- Geographical Indications by ASSOCHAM in 2021” and listed as a “lawyer with most positive feedback from clients” by ASIALAW PROFILES in 2019.
